The rooms at Hotel Piena Kobe are absolutely cozy and inviting! The comfortable beds and pillow options ensured a restful night's sleep. The availability of amenities like free WiFi and air conditioning made my stay even more enjoyable. The flat-screen TV with video-on-demand programs provided entertainment after a long day of exploring Kobe.

Personally, I found the addition of shoe polishers in the guest rooms to be unnecessary. However, I understand that some guests may appreciate this amenity.

Little small place, it has marvellous location short walk to the JR railway station as well as the major transportation hubs like the Kobe-Sannomiya Station.

Located near the bustling area of Sannomiya, this hotel is just off the edge of the Kitano neighborhood, making it easy to walk to the JR station or back down the mountain. the room decor is unique and charming, each with its own theme. Some rooms even have a quaint wooden desk and spacious size. Breakfast has an incredible spread–from pastries to Kobe beef–and homemade yogurt and sangria are a must-try. the staff is courteous, helpful, and multi-lingual, offering maps and advice to get around.

Great price for a boutique hotel, perfect location within walking distance to all the main attractions and public transportation. The breakfast buffet was included and had a wide range of French and Japanese options, including Milkish jam and delicious pastries.

The room size is smaller than what you might expect from a typical hotel, which is a bit cramped for those who are on an extended stay. The staff’s English could be better as they struggled to understand some requests.

We appreciated the complimentary coffee/tea offered and the delicious jams we received for not requesting cleaning service every day. the hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible through public transportation. we enjoyed having a good sized room that had all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
